ONLINE BOOKING
Customers book and pay. Not “request a quote and wait.”
Most dumpster websites stop at a contact form — the customer fills it out, waits for a callback, and books with whoever answers first. Your DumpsterOS page shows real prices and live availability, takes the order and the card, and drops the job into your dispatch board with the invoice already attached.
In every 7-day free trial — no demo call.
Live availability, honestly
Sold-out days are greyed out — computed from your real fleet minus every reservation. No double-booking, no awkward callback.
Your brand, your link
Branded with your name, colors, and tagline at your own link. Put it on your website, Google Business Profile, and truck decals.
Booked means billed
Every order creates the customer, the job, and an open invoice in one shot. Card payment activates with processing keys — the flow is already built.
How it works
- 1Customer picks a size — each card shows price, included days, and how many are available right now.
- 2Picks a delivery day from a 14-day calendar that disables anything you can't serve.
- 3Enters address, gate code, placement notes — the site questionnaire your drivers wish every customer answered.
- 4Confirmation screen + automatic confirmation text queued. The job is on your board before they close the tab.
Operators ask
Can it run on my own domain?
Yes. Every plan includes a DumpsterOS booking link; the custom-domain add-on serves it at book.yourcompany.com.
What stops it from overselling my cans?
The availability engine counts your actual tagged fleet minus every active reservation, per size, per day. If the steel isn't free, the day isn't bookable.
Can I control which sizes and prices show?
Fully. Your catalog, your prices, your included days and extra-day rates — edit any of it in Settings and the page updates instantly.
Do customers have to create an account?
No. They book as guests; the system creates the customer record for you and invites them to the portal after.
